Meet Kathy Larkin

Kathy founded Kathy Larkin & Associates in 2006. Since moving to Port Ludlow, she has successfully completed over 300 local real estate transactions. In addition to being a licensed broker, Kathy is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, and is a Certified Residential Specialist. She has been a top selling agent in Jefferson County for more than 15 years and has won numerous sales awards. Kathy also holds a masters degree from Portland State University.
